Terms of use
Intermediary service. aDonate accepts payment on the store owner's instruction and withholds a 6% fee from the amount transferred to them. The store owner is the seller under the contract and is responsible for the product and its delivery.
Parties and subject of the contract
aDonate is a service through which game server owners sell digital products for their own servers. The Service is operated by an individual entrepreneur registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan; the legal name, IIN, address and contacts are published on the “Seller and operator” page.
The sales contract is concluded between the buyer and the store owner who listed the product. The operator is not the seller: it provides the storefront, accepts payment on the store owner's instruction and passes the order on for delivery. Paying for an order accepts these terms in the revision in force at the moment of payment.
What the operator does
The operator runs the storefront and the owner cabinet, accepts payment through a payment provider, passes orders to the store owner and settles accounts between them. The store owner is responsible for the contents, description, price, legality and delivery of a product.
The operator does not develop games, does not run game servers and is not responsible for their availability, rules or the preservation of game progress. The operator never asks for game or payment account passwords and never signs in to them.
Price, payment and the service fee
The store owner sets the price. The buyer pays the amount shown in the order before payment is confirmed; the service adds no surcharge and charges the buyer nothing for using the storefront.
The operator's fee is 6% of each successful payment and is withheld from the funds transferred to the store owner. Payment is processed by a payment provider; the operator is neither a bank nor a payment organisation, and it neither stores nor has access to card details.
The settlement currency is the one set in the store's configuration. Prices in other currencies are converted at a reference rate and shown for convenience; the final amount and the currency charged appear before payment is confirmed. A conversion fee may be applied by the buyer's bank.
Orders and delivery
Before paying, the buyer checks the game identifier, the server and the contents of the order: delivery follows exactly those details. An order is fulfilled once the product has been delivered to the selected server.
Delivery time, wipe conditions and product restrictions are stated in the product description. If a product is not delivered, is delivered incompletely or does not match its description, the “Refunds and complaints” procedure applies.
Draws and in-game values
A “Roulette” product is a draw of an in-game item from a list published in advance with its stated odds. The result is determined at purchase and delivered to the server; it is not a cash prize, is not exchangeable for money and cannot be taken outside the game.
In-game currency, ranks and items are not a means of payment, electronic money or a financial instrument. They work within the store owner's servers and do not transfer to other stores.
Topping up a store balance is a prepayment for future orders. The balance cannot be withdrawn as cash; unspent funds are returned under the “Refunds and complaints” rules. Bonuses and cashback are granted at the store owner's discretion and have no independent monetary value.
Buyer obligations and limits
The buyer confirms they may enter into the transaction and pays with their own payment instrument. Using someone else's card or account without the holder's permission is not allowed. Where the law requires a legal representative, their participation is necessary.
A purchase grants no right to break server rules, use cheats or bypass a game developer's restrictions. An order is intended for the stated game account; reselling access to it is not provided for.
Liability
The operator is responsible for the service and for correct settlement. The store owner is responsible to the buyer for the product, its description and its delivery, and for the rules of their own server.
Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights granted by law. The parties are not liable for consequences caused by incorrect details supplied by the buyer, by breaches of server rules or by force majeure.
Game rights and trademarks
aDonate is an independent service, unaffiliated with game developers and publishers. Game names and trademarks belong to their holders and are used only to indicate compatibility.
A purchase grants no rights to a game itself, its paid content or other third-party intellectual property. The store owner must comply with the monetisation rules of the game whose server receives the product.
Changes, governing law and disputes
The current revision is published on this page with its date. Changes apply to orders placed after publication and do not affect obligations already incurred.
The contract is governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Before going to court, the parties send a complaint to the contacts on the “Seller and operator” page. Buyers keep the mandatory rights granted by the law of their country of residence and the right to judicial protection.
