Data processing
Intermediary service. aDonate accepts payment on the store owner's instruction and withholds a 6% fee from the amount transferred to them. The store owner is the seller under the contract and is responsible for the product and its delivery.
Who consent is given to, and when
Consent is given to the service operator, whose requisites are published on the “Seller and operator” page. The box is ticked at checkout and at store registration; the fact, date and method of obtaining consent are recorded in the system.
Consent is voluntary. Without processing the data needed to place an order and deliver a product the contract cannot be performed; optional purposes are separated out and do not affect the ability to buy.
Data and operations covered
Consent covers the data listed in the privacy policy: order and game identifier details, the contact for correspondence, technical data and store owner account data.
Operations: collection, recording, storage, alteration, supplementation, use, extraction, depersonalisation, blocking and destruction — to the extent the stated purposes require.
Purposes
Mandatory purposes: placing and fulfilling an order, delivering the product to a game server, processing payments and refunds, support and complaint handling, and compliance with the law.
Optional purposes are requested separately: news and offers, and publication of a game identifier in the store's purchase feed. Their boxes are never pre-ticked, and declining does not affect checkout.
Transfers
Data is passed to the store owner for delivery and complaint handling, to the payment provider for processing payments, and to infrastructure suppliers because of the technical nature of their services. The categories of recipients are listed in the privacy policy.
Cross-border transfer takes place only where the receiving party ensures protection of the transferred data and in the manner prescribed by Kazakhstan law.
Duration and withdrawal
Consent lasts until the purposes are achieved or until it is withdrawn. Withdrawal is sent to the address on the “Seller and operator” page; for a store owner account it is done in the owner cabinet.
After withdrawal, processing stops except for data the operator must retain by law — above all records of completed settlements. Withdrawing consent to mailings or to publication of an identifier does not affect completed orders.
Data in this browser
The cart, the selected language and currency and display settings are kept in the buyer's browser and are needed for the storefront to work. They can be deleted in the “Data controls” section of the privacy policy.
Passing referral parameters to external analytics is off by default and is enabled only by an explicit permission, which can be withdrawn in the same place.
