Who processes the data
Processing is carried out by the service operator, an individual entrepreneur registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The legal name, IIN, address and the email address for data requests are published on the “Seller and operator” page.
The store owner determines their own purposes for processing their buyers' data and is responsible for them. This policy describes the processing performed by the operator.

What data is processed
Order: game identifier, selected server, order contents, amount, currency, payment and delivery status, date. Request: the contact given and the text of the request. Store owner account: email address, an irreversible password fingerprint and store details.
Technical data: IP address, browser information, service access logs and the request identifier. The operator neither receives nor stores card details — they are processed by the payment provider, which returns only the payment status and its identifier.

Purposes and lawful grounds
Data is processed to place and fulfil an order, to process a payment or refund, to provide support and handle complaints, to protect the service from abuse and to meet accounting and tax requirements.
The grounds for processing are the data subject's consent, performance of a contract to which they are a party, and direct legal requirements. Consent for optional purposes can be withdrawn at any time without affecting completed orders.

Transfers to third parties
Data is passed to the store owner as far as delivery and complaint handling require, to the payment provider for processing payments and refunds, and to hosting and infrastructure suppliers because of the technical nature of their services.
The operator does not sell personal data and does not release it for third-party advertising. Data is provided to public authorities only on the grounds and in the manner prescribed by law.

Storage and retention
The location of the personal-data database is stated on the “Seller and operator” page. The requirements of Kazakhstan law on where the database is kept and on cross-border transfers are observed; data leaves the country only where the receiving party ensures its protection.
Order records and settlement documents are kept for the period required by accounting legislation — at least five years. Technical logs are kept for no longer than 12 months. An account is deleted at the store owner's request, except for data the law requires to be retained.

Rights of the data subject
A data subject may obtain information about the processing, require correction, blocking or destruction of data, withdraw consent and appeal against the operator's actions. Requests go to the address on the “Seller and operator” page.
The answer is sent within the period set by law. Where a request cannot be met — for example, because the data is needed to satisfy a mandatory legal requirement — the operator explains why.

Browser data and analytics
The browser keeps the cart, the selected language and currency, the colour theme and session records. They are needed for the storefront to work and can be removed with the button in the “Data controls” section below or through the browser.
Marketing analytics is off by default: referral parameters are not passed to external systems until the buyer allows it separately. The permission can be withdrawn in the same place and does not affect checkout.

Security and incidents
Access to data is granted only as far as a task requires; the connection to the service is protected by channel encryption; passwords are stored only as an irreversible fingerprint.
In an incident affecting personal data, the operator notifies the affected subjects and the competent authority as the law prescribes. A new revision of this policy is published on this page with its date, and material changes are additionally sent to store owners at their account address.
